Overhaul/Shutdown Manager

Our brief is to identify a B.Sc. degree holder in the age group of 40-50 years with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of managing & carrying-out major overhauls/shutdowns – ideally on LNG gas process trains. A working knowledge of Primavera P3e for shutdown planning is a must. Excellent man-management skills, experience of managing a major TCN labour force, commercial experience in managing specialist subcontractors & experience of working in a client/ contractor integrated team are pre-requisites for this position. The key accountabilities of the jobholder will be overall management & control of the annual shutdown of LNG Trains employing in excess of 1,500-2,000 men during the overhaul period of 30-38 days; hands on management & development of the shutdown plan; co-ordination of the scope of work into the shutdown programme; attend, instigate, manage site meeting with the client, core team & subcontractors; oversee the commercial management of sub contractors & liaise with the client’s commercial representative; and introduce & manage continuous improvement programmes.

Salary: USD 10,000/- p.m. + annual bonus.
